Marbella Part Time Invest (MPTI) är en förening som bildades på sjuttiotalet då Alohas golfbana byggdes. MPTI består av 48 andelar och tillsammans äger vi två (2) radhus och två (2)aktier
i Aloha Golfklubb.
Marbella Part Time Invest (MPTI) is a association from the seventies when the Aloha Golf was established. MPTI consist of 48 shares and posses two (2) townhouses and two (2) shares in Aloha Golf
Andelar förvärvas genom att någon ägare önskar sälja. Dessa går först som "hembud" till föreningens medlemmar och därefter till övriga intressenter.
Every share has, mostly, two (2) weeks. There are also, over christmas/new year, shares for three (3) weeks. The shares includes living and greenfees for four (4) persons.
You can buy a share when a sharehoulder wish to sell. At first it goes to the members of MPTI and after that to another interested party.
The houses are situated directly at the course and the sixth (6) tee

I det relativt nyrenoverade köket har det, genom åren, tillagats många goda måltider. Köket är öppet ut till vardagsrummet så kocken kan deltaga i vad som händer där.
The kitchen was renovated some years ago and lots of lovely dinners has been made, through the years, here. The kitchen is open to the livingroom so the cooks can see whats happen there.
